Inverurie Orchestra is a community orchestra mainly comprising amateur musicians from Aberdeen, Shire and City.
Based in Inverurie, we rehearse every Thursday night and our aim is to have fun, play good music and learn a little along the way.

Aberdeenshire Saxophone Orchestra is the only saxophone orchestra in Scotland covering the full instrumental range from bass to sopranino saxophones. They are a non-audition ensemble and new players are always welcome!

Rehearsals are one Sunday a month in the Hopeville, Inverurie from 10am - 4pm.

Under the direction of Richard Ingham, the orchestra explores a diverse repertoire of music from classical arrangements to bespoke compositions. For those inclined, there is the chance to also experience conducting, arranging and composing for a large ensemble.
