New Members
Dear Musician,
We are delighted that you have an interest in joining Inverurie Concert Band. We started the band in September 2014 and are always keen for new members to join us and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and most of all playing your instrument at a comfortable level.
We have two intake periods for new players each year, between August and the October holidays and January and the Easter holidays. We always welcome enquiries from new players but these intake periods allow us to come together as a band for our two main concerts at Christmas and after the summer term.
Here is some information to get you started:
- We usually meet on Wednesdays during term time from 19.30-21.30, in Thainstone Exchange, Inverurie.
- Please contact the Secretary for fee information. There is a reduced family rate available if you want to get more family members involved. Fees are charged per term in cash, cheque, or BACS. Concessions apply to members in full time education, or members who attend as a family.
- Please feel free to enquire using secretary@inverurieconcertband.co.uk
- You will need to bring your own music stand to every rehearsal.
- Every member is welcome to make suggestions for the further development of the band and to ensure that we are all having fun and keep it running at its best.

conductor having other commitments. This will only apply in
February and September.
